Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping rates and times

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

• Standard shipping: typically 3 to 7 business days after dispatch
• Free shipping on every order for Founding 200 members, for life

Pre-orders and launch

Valdra is launching soon. Founding 200 members will be notified first when orders open. If you pre-order an item, its estimated ship date will be shown on the product page and in your confirmation email.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, or it arrives damaged, email dylan@valdra.com within 7 days and we'll help.

Wrong address

Please double check your address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change it; once an order has shipped we may not be able to redirect it.
